My soon to be brother in-law loves this dip! I serve it with corn chips and it has to be hot!
First, take one container of sausage, about a pound. I use our home grown sausage but Bob Evans will do too! Brown the Sausage untill it is all cooked and drain the fat.
Next, put in 2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese. I cut them in cubes, they will melt faster that way.
Then, Once the cream cheese is all melted add a can of Drained tomatoes. I use Rotel with green chiles but you can personalize however!
Finally, let it all get evenly hot and serve!
This dish is great with corn chips or crackers!
